WHERE DO YOU FIND USBy bus:Bus number 1 runs regulary from stations Ajdovščina or Konzorcij near both hotels. Look for end station Mestni log and leave the bus at station named Jadranska to get to FMF. Take the same bus number 1 on your way back to hotel. Look for end station Vižmarje and exit at the station named Pošta. Costs: one way ride is 1 EUR in cash (no refunds) or 0.80 EUR with prepaid token obtained at newspaper's stalls. MapWalking path from Grand hotel Union and hotel Slon to FMF:The path will take aproximatlly 25 minutes.
From the main exit of the Grand hotel Union (hotel is now behind us), turn right for Miklošič's road (Miklošičeva cesta) to Prešeren's square (Prešernov trg). You set off for Čop's street (Čopova ulica) towards traffic light past the hotel Slon. Here guests of the hotel Slon join us. Now, you go straight (at traffic lights) across the road on Cankar's street (Cankarjeva ulica). You walk by this street straight on to the end, where you arrive at the crossroads with Prešern's road (Prešernova cesta). Turn to the left and continue your way. You walk to end of Prešeren's road again, where you access crossroads with traffic lights. You cross the road and arrive on Grohar's street (Groharjeva cesta), where you turn right at the first traffic lights on Jama's road (Jamova ulica). After approximately 5 minutes of walking you arrive to the intersection with Adriatic's street (Jadranska ulica). You now take left on the Jadran's street. After few meters FMF building is on our left side. Map
