Create List of Points

With this tool lists of points can be created. The points appear in Graphics View but cannot be moved with the Move tool. They can only be changed by changing the value in the cells.

When the tool is used, first the cells which form pairs across rows or columns are selected and then the tool is chosen. In open dialogue the list can be modified and the preview seen.
